Delete it in the app

1. Open Sanatan Marg.
2. Tap More in the bottom bar.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
4. Tap Delete to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. You are signed out and the app starts fresh on that phone. This cannot be undone.

Can't open the app?

Email support@snowpex.com with the subject "Delete my account". If you signed in with Google, write from that address so we can find your account. We will delete it and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, profile photo and description, and the link to your Google sign-in.
• Your device ID, notification token and chosen Ishta Devta.
• Jap sessions, sankalps, daily sadhna logs and sadhna settings.
• Birth details saved for kundli, and your kundli readings.
• Conversations with the AI guides and your AI usage records.
• Quiz attempts, diya history, bookmarks, and the record of which app messages you have read.

What is kept

• Records of donations, pooja bookings and Sanatan Plus payments, including the sankalp name, gotra, phone number and delivery address given for a booking. We keep these because we are required to maintain records of payments.
• An account record with all of the personal details above removed, so it can no longer be linked to you.

Sanatan Plus

Deleting your account does not cancel a Sanatan Plus subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Data held by our service providers

Deleting your account in the app does not erase usage and purchase events already sent to our analytics and advertising providers (Mixpanel, RevenueCat and Meta). To have those deleted as well, email support@snowpex.com and we will request it on your behalf.
