Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all Live Darshan offerings and Pooja bookings made through the Sanatan Marg: Daily Bhakti application, operated by SNOWPEX TECHNOLOGIES. Please read these terms carefully before completing a booking.
1. Live Darshan Offerings
- All Darshan offerings are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed, as the offering is dedicated to the deity on your behalf at the time of booking.
- Darshan bookings are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or cancelled by the temple administration due to religious observances, festivals, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will communicate any changes to you through the application.
2. Pooja Bookings
- A full refund will be issued only if the booking is cancelled by the temple administration before the Pooja has commenced.
- If a Pooja is cancelled by the user after confirmation but before it has begun, a refund of 50% of the booking amount will be processed.
- No refund will be issued once a Pooja is marked as In Progress or Completed.
3. Prasad Shipping
Prasad shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances. Sanatan Marg is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect addresses supplied by the user.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay, and Sanatan Marg does not store any card or banking credentials.
