Hindu date: Ashadha Krishna Ekadashi.
Ekadashi is kept on the day before Dwadashi is current at sunrise, so that the fast can be broken (parana) within Dwadashi. Usually that is simply the day Ekadashi is current at sunrise; when Ekadashi spans two sunrises or is lost between them, this rule decides the day.

About Yogini Ekadashi· महत्व
Hemamali, a gardener in Kubera's service, neglected his duty and was cursed with leprosy. The sage Markandeya told him to keep Yogini Ekadashi, and he was cured.
How to keep the fast· विधि
- Eat a single sattvic meal without grains on Dashami, the day before.
- On Ekadashi avoid rice, wheat, pulses and beans; keep a full fast, a water-only fast or a fruit-and-milk (phalahar) fast as health allows.
- Worship Lord Vishnu with tulsi leaves, a ghee lamp and yellow flowers; read the Ekadashi katha or the Vishnu Sahasranama.
- Stay awake in bhajan or japa through the night if you can.
- Break the fast (parana) on Dwadashi after sunrise, after the first quarter of Dwadashi (Hari Vasara) and before Dwadashi ends.
