यावानर्थ उदपाने सर्वतः सम्प्लुतोदके |
तावान्सर्वेषु वेदेषु ब्राह्मणस्य विजानतः ||२-४६||
Transliteration· ट्रांसलिटरेशन
yāvānartha udapāne sarvataḥ samplutodake .
tāvānsarveṣu vedeṣu brāhmaṇasya vijānataḥ ||2-46||
Meaning· अर्थ
As much use as there is in a well when there is water flooding on all sides, so much there is in all the Vedas for a Brāhmaṇa who knows.
चारों ओर जल से भरे होने पर कुएँ का जितना उपयोग होता है, उतना ही सभी वेदों का एक जानने वाले ब्राह्मण के लिए होता है।
